Our advice is definitely to rent a car to visit the island.
There are public car parks in the street.
For shorter journeys there are taxis.
Alternatively, to get to the residence you can use a private shuttle bus service, which can be booked directly on the Internet (the transfer is direct from the airport to Corralejo); or there is the local bus line that connects the airport with Puerto del Rosario (line 3) and then with Corralejo (line 6-stop 142 Esta.Corralejo).
