Our advice is definitely to rent a car to visit the island.
For shorter trips, there are taxis.
To get to the residence, you can use a private shuttle bus service, which can be booked directly on the Internet (the transfer is direct from the airport to Corralejo); alternatively, there is the local bus line that connects the airport with Puerto del Rosario (line 03) and then arrives in Corralejo (line 06).
